RIPLEY COUNTY VETERANS MEMORIAL

The Ripley County Veterans Memorial is a one-of-a-kind Memorial, which has a large granite monument dedicated to all Veterans of Ripley County.  The Memorial is located on the Ripley County Courthouse lawn.   The Memorial ground surface is made up of brick pavers, which are available for inscription.  The Memorial is a part of a park area which, in addition to the pavers surface, has open green space and landscaping.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim May 28, 2012, through November 11, 2025, as the Commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War.
