Bishop told the commissioners that he replaced the annex water heater, that Halcomb’s is going to replace the broken window, and they are going to put a new motor and pump in the elevator and it will be shut off for one day to do this.  Bishop also told them that the heater in the Vital Records is not working properly when they come in every morning it is blowing out cold air and Steinhardt’s has been here 4 times to look at it.  Bishop also showed the commissioners what was in the pipes in the Recorder’s Office.
