950 S.F.- Minimum Living Requirements (Mobile Homes-At least 14x70 and must be 1981 model or later) Any building exceeding 144 S.F. requires a building permit Minimum lot size: 2 acres with 200' road frontage
Before a building permit can be issued on new homes and bath/bedroom additions, we must have a septic permit from the Health Department
Property setback requirements: Residential districts-25' front, 8'sidelines, 20' back of property Agricultural districts-55' from center line of county road, 20' sideline, 20' back of property (State Highway front setback requirement is 90' from center of line of State Road) |
